TWITCH ITEMS and LVL 10 RESET TWICE!

To keep it short, like the title says. I thought i'd get a reward or something after my character resetting at level 10 but nothing happened and I lost my twitch items (mask wardrobe etc. and level 10 twice.) Please help me fix this issue. Thanks

Cloud profile is done and fixes this.
im missing the general special streamer and lirik drop where im sub and its thanks to him i watch this game stream all day and play it.
