Navigate to your local app data folder and delete the FCT folder you find there. If you don't know how to do that, open the file explorer on Windows and enter %localappdata%/FCT into the search bar. Deleting the input.ini file you find inside the folders will work as well, but the game will still run as new even if the entire FCT folder is deleted.

Your settings will need to be reset, but it should fix this for you.
