Been watching twitch streamers and almost every session they play there is one or two people who are personoid around 80% of the time, the odds do not line up. I believe this problem is only obvious when the same people continue playing in the same lobby for many rounds, that either the lobby is prone to breaking its random number generator, or that the RNG is always biased but the bias is set up when the RNG is initialized at the creation of a lobby and/or on a player launching the game.
