My rank was completely reset from rank 9 to rank 1 and I'm still wearing the higher ranked (rank 8) items on my character. ):

Same. Changed my name from Touché to V3SSEL. Did you change your name or anything like that? Cause I think the é ruined it for me, but I'm not too sure
