I'm marking this as completed/resolved as since this was last posted/updated we've implemented the crash logger from Epic. This logger will send us the crash logs as well as memory dumps to help us investigate and resolve issues that are causing crashing. Please make sure you submit your logs with a good description of what you were doing when the game crashed. That is the best way to help us identify problems.

Over the span of 18 hours I have now experienced it about 4-5 times

I am experiencing this too, but rarely. I haven't noticed a pattern yet, it can be in-game or in the in-game lobby (the one where you can walk around, not the lobby where you invite people).
The game just randomly closes itself, without any error. I can start the game again with no issue. For other games when they crash sometimes Steam says you are still in-game because it didn't close properly, but that is not the case here. Just poof, closed.

One time I had it happen three times in a row, in the in-game lobby. The game just closed by itself. I restarted Steam and waited an hour or so before playing again and it did not crash anymore.

Is it possible to add logging to the game maybe, then the next time it happens we can attach the log files?
