Every time I open it don't get to even accept the terms get hit with a network error and it keeps popping up even after I reconnect

Every time I open it don't get to even accept the terms get hit with a network error and it keeps popping up even after I reconnect
Due to insane amount of traffic to the game yesterday we had issues with the servers. We are working extremely hard to resolve these issues. We have scaled everything up to handle the pressure better.
