When I launch the game I get a Microsoft visual c ++ 2015 runtime error I have try redownload and uninstall the game.

Hi there, Steam usually installs all dependencies when you first launch a game.
I believe that we now require the 2019 Runtime and Steam should have updated it accordingly for you. If it hasn't, then you can click here to get the installer. Please note this file is the direct installer from Microsoft.
