When you enter the casino level, immediately on the left is a table. You can jump across the table on your own using the plant that is next to it. Jump on the plant, then on the table. Normally you would have to go downstairs, then upstairs again and put out a fire to get there.

This doesn't save that much time but it still seems unintentional that you can do this.
