Game Freezing

I frequently have trouble with the game freezing on me. I'm unable to move at all, I can't escape to the menu, and I have to use the Task Manager to close the game. This happened during the playtest and has now happened twice on the pool map and once on the shopping centre map.

We continuously monitor game stability, and fix issues as we discover them. In that regard, we've included a popup that appears whenever the game crashes. If you attach a message detailing what was going on in your game when it crashed and press the send button, that helps out a ton! We have a service that collects and tracks all of these crashes, but the information it provides can sometimes be hard to decipher, so player descriptions can often help sort out uncertainties :)
