Claimed drops not showing

Editing this post to use it as the "Known Issues" card relating to any Twitch Drops. If you are unable to see drops you've claimed check this card's comments to see what you can do.

Original text: Claimed the hazmat suit drop a few days ago from a twitch stream did all the linking with twitch and platform and never received it, I am on PS5 idk if anyone else is having this issue.

Known Issues

Please follow these steps if you are not seeing drops that you've earned in game. Make sure you follow this process all of the way through before reaching out for support.

  1. Go to your Twitch Inventory at https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory
  2. Find any First Class Trouble related drops and click on the "Claim" button
  3. Go back to https://drops.firstclasstrouble.com/
  4. Follow the login process, and then make sure the right Twitch name and in-game name are displayed
  5. Click on the "Claim earned drops" button.
