So in the 1st lvl behind the reception counter there is a luggage pile and behund that pile is a small corner where a player with a keycard can hide and they can't be killed there. Either remove the pile or make the corner smaller and this way inaccesible by players. So they can't hide there or blackmail for up/downvotes for trophies.
