Syringes are too much of a giveaway | Feature Requests

Syringes are a dead giveaway who the personoid is.. The last guy in the room is basically always the personoid.

You have to play smart around the map then. You do not always have to kill people using syringes, playing the leader role and staying alive till the last stage is also an option.
