Perks/Skills tree system

Adding a skill tree/perks that would be unlocked through points gained after each game and restarted/changed each month. Things like "Gain decaying movement speed after hitting someone with a champange" or "replenish oxygen ...% faster after its below 20%". For now the only progress you get is cosmetics, adding something like perks for points would keep people playing to unlock them each month/week.

sounds fun but i like that everyone have the same odds regardless of their playtime
