The ability to make custom games with your friends. For example choosing how many personoids, syringes, scanners, cards required there are. Could lead to some fun community made gamemodes.

I agree with prezes.
But it's nice to be able to choose the number of personoids, syringes, scanners, and cards you need. However, for those who cannot speak English, please consider automatic language matching or creating a lobby list.

I want to be able to display the lobby list because I want to play between my own languages. I want you to be able to set up a room.
I'm Japanese, but there aren't many Japanese who can speak fluently in languages other than myself, so I think that just doing that will increase the population.
I'm using translation, so I'm sorry for the strange grammar
