Seems to be an issue or a bug for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 uses they can't login to do a ban appeal.

Me and a few of my friends have got a in game ban at the moment and when we tried to load the website link to do the ban appeal it tells us to login when we login to it says our accounts in good standing so we can't actually start the process to do a ban appeal.
