Add Who Voted Who Up & Down to the End Tally Screen

Underneath your points earned in a match there should be a place that says upvoted by with a list of player names and the same for downvoted by. Could even make it so you get a small amount of points added for each upvote you get and subtract the same for each downvote.

There is room to the left and right of the circle with your score for the match. Maybe have upvoted by list to the left of the circle and downvoted by to the right
