There are way too many people not using their microphones or speaking different language than you. A useful system with pings like "Help needed here",
"Watch out for (the closest person to you)",
"oxygen needed!",
"syringe missing!",
"keycard here!" translated to different languages would fix almost all problems for people who don't have a mic/can't speak. It could cooexist with the current emote wheel or completely replace it (leaving the dances behind tho, if you remove the dances im gonna syringe yall).
