Original Title: Syringe pick up impossible
if your personoid mate is getting killed and he dropped the syinge, you are not able to pick it up. Maybe the reason is, there are too many items on the ground.

We're still aware of the issue where you cannot pick up some items from where someone died due to other items being in the way. Please vote this post up to be notified of updates on it.
yes it happens if your inventory is full with the other items dropped. At some point we will fix this, but its not a quickfix
